The CCNA certification remains the most popular IT certification. Despite the credit crunch, networking professionals are in ever increasing demand. CCNA Training Courses are in even greater demand since the CCNA specialisations came into play last year.

CCENT Training / CCENT Courses
The recommended 5 day course required to achieve the CCENT is the ICND Part 1. CCENT is achieved by passing the ICND Part 1 exam (640-822 ICND1). Once you have achieved the CCENT qualification you can gain the next level of Cisco certification (Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) by completing the 5 day ICND2 course and passing the 640-816 ICND2 exam.

CCNA Training / CCNA Courses
The recommended courses required to achieve the CCNA is the 5 day ICND Part 1 and the 5 day ICND Part 2. CCNA is achieved by passing either one test (CCNA exam 640-802 CCNA or two tests (ICND Part 1 exam 640-822 ICND1 and ICND Part 2 640-816 ICND2).

CCNA Training and CCNA courses are widely available in the UK and worldwide. We recommend however, to take both courses with an officially authorised Cisco Learning Partner in order to be optimally prepared for the CCNA certification exams.

Existing CCNAs may also want to broaden their knowledge in other areas. For example the IINS course, leads to the CCNA Security.
